Friday night high school football games are popular across the country.
From the outside looking in, you might think this would not be the case in a retirement community like The Villages, but you would be wrong.
The Villages High School Buffalo football team are supported by countless Villages residents who come out to cheer on their “Hometown” team when they play their home games here, and some even regularly travel to away games to watch the team.
Moving to The Villages does not mean you have to give up your passion for the excitement of high school football.

In other news…
AM640 WVLG, the radio station here in The Villages, can be heard throughout the town squares and many of the local businesses.
Some people love it, and some people hate it, but I thought I would let you know that the station recently became available for streaming on The Villages App (search the iTunes store) and online here. I have heard from some people that it is not available yet on the Android version of The Villages App.

Third time's a charm?
Bluefin Grill & Bar is coming soon to Brownwood Paddock Square, taking over the space that once housed Las Tapas and most recently Bavarian Brewhouse.
The owner of Bluefin owns a handful of other successful restaurants in The Villages, so here's to hoping this one works out as well.
