We've talked about a lot of holiday traditions recently in The Villages, like the lighting of the squares, the Christmas Parade, the model train show, the Christmas-themed classic car show, and more.
But one of the most-loved yearly traditions has to be Golf on Christmas Day.
Residents and their guests can enjoy a round of golf on any of the Championship courses for FREE on Christmas Day!
Of course this is available on a first-come first serve basis, but each year hundreds of Villagers show up to play.
Cart and club rentals are NOT available on Christmas Day (which doesn't affect most people here anyway), and the practice ranges are closed too, but other than that, you're good to try out those shiny new clubs you got from Santa. Merry Christmas!
