At the top of this week's issue I mentioned my new YouTube Channel, The Florida Retirement Show, where I'll be taking you along on my tours of various retirement communities throughout the state.
This week I ventured up to On Top of the World in Ocala.
In front of all the newly sold houses they had little signs with the person's name and where they moved from.
One thing that surprised me was how many of them moved from The Villages. I asked the sales guy I was with what the #1 reason people moved there from The Villages was and he said it was to get away from the congestion.
