The Villages recently sent out a real estate market update with stats for the 3rd quarter and year to date. Here are some highlights:
- January through September, The Villages has sold 2,736 new homes
- That puts them on pace for about 3,600 new home sales this year, which would be the first time since 2013 that they’ve crossed the 3,000 new homes sold mark
- The average sales price so far this year is $361,000
- Resales have also averaged a sales price of $361k, and 2,304 of them have changed hands so far this year
