The Villages recently sent out a real estate market update with stats for the 3rd quarter and year to date. Here are some highlights:

January through September, The Villages has sold 2,736 new homes
That puts them on pace for about 3,600 new home sales this year, which would be the first time since 2013 that they've crossed the 3,000 new homes sold mark
The average sales price so far this year is $361,000
Resales have also averaged a sales price of $361k, and 2,304 of them have changed hands so far this year
